MMC Financial Planning was founded in 1997 and licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia in 2008, holding a Capital Markets Services Licence for Financial Planning (CMSL/FP). Our roots are in the capital markets: founders PC Lim, Chairman of Malacca Securities, and Phillip Tay brought one discipline from the trading floor into Malaysian SMEs — calculate before you commit, and win on paper first. Since then, 500+ enterprises have adopted our system — and we've worked hands-on with more than 200 of them, reviewing over 1,500 P&L statements along the way.
Most of them are owners running businesses doing RM5 million to RM200 million a year. At RM10M, RM50M and beyond, their biggest fear is rarely a lack of sales — it's revenue growing while the bank account stays empty. The fault isn't effort. Profit is not a number your accountant reports at year-end; it's a mechanism you design before the year starts.
